Weavers Restaurant Trust has the award and received the re-Accreditation since 2006.

As a user of the Disability Symbol, Weavers Restaurant Trust is committed to employing disabled people and will:

1: Interview disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy and consider them on their abilities.

2: Ensure there is a discussion with each disabled employee at any time, at least once a year, about what can be done
to make sure they can develop and use their abilities.

3: Make every effort when an employee becomes disabled that they retain employment with us.

4: Take action to ensure that all employees receive disability awareness to make these commitments work.

5: Review these five commitments every year, highlight what has been achieved, plan ways to improve on them and let
employees know about progress and future plans.
