Weavers is not only a training organisation, it is very important to our ethos to help those students we have trained (and others) to progress into meaningful, enjoyable and sustained employment. We can offer such facilities as Job Search, CV writing and Interview Techniques, we take time and trouble to understand what our clients are looking for and do our best to match them to their ideal job. Our officers have years of experience in Job Centres and similar organisations and have an in depth knowledge of the Benefits system and can advise and guide.
We hope to develop this arm of the Trust and provide further officers and support into employment for a period of at least six months. A recent project which is concluding soon was over achieved by 50% on the outputs in jobs, Weavers had strong links with employers and can really help people. |
