Weavers staff are possessed of wide ranging skills and qualifications and can offer advice guidance and help on a wide range of needs for the student.  A strong staff development programme is in place which encourages all staff to reach their full potential and gain skills they never dreamt of achieveing.

In this way Weavers has developed a holistic and unique approach to training whereby many of a students learning and, more importantly, pastoral requirements can be dealt with quickly and calmly allowing the student to study on in a secure environment.
